Ukratko: inspirativna korporativna kultura koja ne samo da dozvoljava promjene, ve\u0107 je i otvorena za njih. U\u010denje posmatranjem. \u0160ta rade kolege? Kako nadre\u0111eni reaguju kada predlo\u017eite promjenu? Da li se \u010duje? I ako jeste, da li ima \u0161anse da se stvarno implementira?     <\/p><p><strong>Kako djeluje SIH Grupa?<\/strong><br>Ne treba dugo da se shvati kako kompanija &#8220;krpelja&#8221;. Postoji li samo jedno otkucavanje ili svi zajedno otkucavaju kako bi odredili put i smjer? Drugi va\u017ean pokazatelj mogu\u0107nosti da se ne\u0161to promijeni je na\u010din na koji se rje\u0161avaju gre\u0161ke, odnosno kultura gre\u0161aka. Jer ako \u201cnapustite\u201d uobi\u010dajeni put i poku\u0161ate ne\u0161to novo, ve\u0107a je vjerovatno\u0107a da \u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti. Reakcija okoline na gre\u0161ku brzo otkriva preovla\u0111uju\u0107u kulturu. Da li se gre\u0161ka posmatra kao puka gre\u0161ka ili kao prilika za ispravku kursa? Poput broda koji ide prema santi leda i jedva uspijeva da ga izbjegne? Da li vam je dozvoljeno da u\u010dite iz gre\u0161aka ili vi\u0161e volite da ostanete u sigurnim vodama i razmi\u0161ljate svojom glavom?       <\/p><p><strong>Gre\u0161ke mogu dovesti do novih rje\u0161enja<\/strong><br> U SIH \u201egre\u0161ka\u201c se vidi kao dio rje\u0161enja. Odavno je poznato da se bez mogu\u0107nosti neuspjeha ni\u0161ta bolje ne mo\u017ee \u201eizmisliti\u201c. Inovacije proizvoda mogu se pojaviti samo uz spremnost da se zaobi\u0111e. Samo ako korisnik opi\u0161e da je usluga potrebna pobolj\u0161anja, mi mo\u017eemo odgovoriti pobolj\u0161anjem.
