A pokud ano, m\u00e1 \u0161anci b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b realizov\u00e1n?     <\/p><p><strong>Co d\u011bl\u00e1 skupinu SIH zaj\u00edmavou?<\/strong><br>Netrv\u00e1 dlouho, ne\u017e pozn\u00e1te, co d\u011bl\u00e1 firmu zaj\u00edmavou. Tik\u00e1 jen jeden \u010dlov\u011bk, nebo cestu a sm\u011br ur\u010duje tik\u00e1n\u00ed v\u0161ech dohromady? Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm ukazatelem mo\u017enosti zm\u011bny je zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm se \u0159e\u0161\u00ed chyby, tedy kultura chyb. P\u0159evl\u00e1daj\u00edc\u00ed kulturu lze velmi rychle poznat z reakce okol\u00ed na chybu. Je chyba vn\u00edm\u00e1na jen jako omyl, nebo jako p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost ke korekci kurzu? Jako kdy\u017e lo\u010f m\u00ed\u0159\u00ed k ledovci a poda\u0159\u00ed se j\u00ed vyhnout? Je n\u00e1m dovoleno pou\u010dit se z chyb, nebo rad\u011bji z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1me v bezpe\u010dn\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch a mysl\u00edme si sv\u00e9?       <\/p><p><strong>Chyby mohou v\u00e9st k nov\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm<\/strong><br>Ve spole\u010dnosti SIH jsou &#8222;chyby&#8220; pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za sou\u010d\u00e1st \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.
