dce\u0159in\u00e1 spole\u010dnost GIBA \u010dern\u00e9 na b\u00edl\u00e9m: p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovinu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f obsluhovaly ob\u011b spole\u010dnosti. To v\u0161ak nebylo v\u0161e &#8211; ka\u017ed\u00e1 spole\u010dnost pou\u017e\u00edvala sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed syst\u00e9m CRM a oba nebyly kompatibiln\u00ed. Heslem bylo zjednodu\u0161it. Nebylo to d\u0159\u00edve \u0159e\u010deno ne\u017e ud\u011bl\u00e1no. Velk\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda: okam\u017eit\u011b bylo vid\u011bt, kte\u0159\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci se v obou spole\u010dnostech p\u0159ekr\u00fdvaj\u00ed. Ale to nen\u00ed v\u0161echno! Zam\u011bstnanci pracuj\u00edc\u00ed pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edka najednou vid\u011bli v\u0161echny jeho aktivity bez ohledu na to, zda je kontaktovala spole\u010dnost GIBA nebo Furtenbach. V\u00fdsledek byl zaj\u00edmav\u00fd: technicky orientovan\u00ed prodejci se zab\u00fdvali obchodn\u00edmi t\u00e9maty i aplika\u010dn\u00ed technikou. A\u010dkoli n\u011bkdy byly nav\u0161t\u00edveny osoby s rozhodovac\u00edmi pravomocemi v oblasti obchodu, jako je n\u00e1kup, management atd. v\u011bt\u0161ina n\u00e1v\u0161t\u011bv se uskute\u010dnila v technick\u00e9m odd\u011blen\u00ed nebo ve v\u00fdrob\u011b p\u0159\u00edmo u stroje. To vedlo ke dv\u011bma probl\u00e9m\u016fm: Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b nebyli pracovn\u00edci s rozhodovac\u00edmi pravomocemi optim\u00e1ln\u011b podporov\u00e1ni a na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b se obchodn\u00ed pracovn\u00edk zab\u00fdval technologi\u00ed pouze povrchn\u011b. Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee aplika\u010dn\u00ed technologie je pom\u011brn\u011b slo\u017eit\u00e1, musel b\u00fdt \u010dasto p\u0159ivol\u00e1n specialista. To bylo nejen neefektivn\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 n\u00e1kladn\u00e9. Ve 4. \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2024 byl proto zaveden nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m prodeje. Obchodn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st, jako je vyjedn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed o cen\u00e1ch, sledov\u00e1n\u00ed nab\u00eddek, vy\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed reklamac\u00ed atd. bude v budoucnu zaji\u0161\u0165ovat v\u00fdhradn\u011b back office (bez kontaktu se z\u00e1kazn\u00edky), veden\u00ed prodeje a podle velikosti tak\u00e9 management.
