Work processes and raw material flows will be significantly optimized in the future – the expansion of the ORTNER company building in Loosdorf makes it possible. Hafner customers can also look forward to a simplification: planning will be easier thanks to new features on the ORTNER website.
Cutting-edge technology and improved logistics infrastructure
Since the end of 2023, the ORTNER company building has been expanded step by step. The new combined warehouse and production hall with around 2,100 m2 of floor space now has approx. 1,800 additional storage spaces. A modern production line for storage stoves is being built in the new production area, which is scheduled to start operation at the beginning of 2025. The hall is being built according to the latest construction standards, with a surface heating system based on a heat pump and geothermal drilling, as well as a filter system for workplace dust removal. The latest technologies, optimized processes and an improved logistics infrastructure should further increase the quality of the products. For the employees, it will be twice as easy, because they will also benefit from modern workplaces that are tailored to their needs.
The ORTNER website provides support in the area of planning
The new download function in the stove-fitter area offers simple and unrestricted access to all important documents such as catalogs, assembly instructions, measurement sheets and much more. The new digital planning library is also already available: planning examples can be downloaded directly here.
Processing videos made in the ORTNER studio
The first self-produced processing videos are to be created in the newly established “ORTNER Studio”. The handling of the mortar products is to be summarized and explained here in a short and compact way. Tilers can easily and conveniently access the videos via the website.
