SIH
Simply a matter of cooperation
Whether big or small, making things easier requires a certain way of working and communicating with each other. In short, an inspiring corporate culture that not only allows for change but is open to it. But how do you recognize this, for example, as a new employee?
It‘s best to look around first. Learning by observing. What do colleagues do? How do their superiors react when they make a suggestion for change? Is it heard? And if so, does it have a chance of actually being implemented?
How does the SIH Group operate?
It doesn‘t take long to see how a company “ticks”. Does only one person tick, or does everyone‘s ticking together determine the path and direction? Another important indication of the possibility of change is the way in which mistakes are dealt with, i.e. the error culture. Because if you “leave” the familiar path and try something new, you are more likely to make a mistake. The prevailing culture can be quickly recognized by the reaction to the error. Is the error seen as a mere mistake or as an opportunity to change course? Like a ship heading for an iceberg and just managing to avoid it? Are you allowed to learn from your mistakes or do you prefer to stay in safe waters and think your part?
Mistakes can lead to new solutions
At SIH, we see “mistakes” as part of the solution. We have long since recognized that without the opportunity to fail, nothing better can be “invented”. Product innovations can only be created with the willingness to take detours. Only when the customer describes a service as in need of improvement are we able to respond with an improvement. Because above all, the goal and clear vision of SIH is to make things easier. In our daily interactions and cross-border exchanges within the company, as well as in our customer contacts.
