Ne postoji jednostavniji na\u010din da se sumira smjer cijelog SIH-a. Ali koliko je lako svjesno u\u010diniti procese jednostavnijim, lak\u0161im i time u\u010dinkovitijim u sve slo\u017eenijem radnom svijetu? I tu poruku svi tuma\u010de na isti na\u010din? O tome smo osobno pitali Roberta Schmida. Schmid. S druge strane, svijet rada postaje sve slo\u017eeniji. Koji su razlozi za to?   <\/strong><br>U sve slo\u017eenijem radnom svijetu potrebni su nam stru\u010dnjaci koji \u0107e \u2013 ako nismo oprezni \u2013 sve u\u010diniti jo\u0161 kompliciranijim. Izra\u0111uju se pravila i definiraju standardi koji se \u2013 kada se detaljno ispitaju \u2013 ne mogu svi ispuniti bez uni\u0161tavanja gospodarstva i prosperiteta. <\/p><p><strong>U intervjuu u sije\u010dnju 2024. govorite o tome da &#8220;kontrolori kontroliraju druge kontrolere&#8221; &#8211; \u0161to tu nije u redu?<\/strong><br>Osim \u0161to ovakav razvoj doga\u0111aja smatram nerazumnim, smatram ga pukim prebacivanjem odgovornosti. Tko danas \u017eeli preuzeti odgovornost za vlastite postupke i odluke? Mnogo je lak\u0161e to prenijeti stru\u010dnjaku ili revizoru ili nadzornom tijelu za za\u0161titu podataka. Kada bi svi jednostavno preuzeli odgovornost koja im je dodijeljena, bez ikakvih \u201cpoku\u0161aja deportacije\u201d, onda bi sve bilo mnogo pragmati\u010dnije.   <\/p><p><strong>Mo\u017eete li mo\u017eda dati konkretan primjer?<\/strong><br>Naravno, ima ih mnogo. Uzmite samo novi zakon o opskrbnom lancu. Sama \u010dinjenica da za to postoji posebna smjernica pokazuje kako se va\u017ena tema mo\u017ee pretvoriti u slo\u017eenu konstrukciju. A kako bismo bili sigurni da je sve u\u010dinjeno ispravno \u2013 evo nas opet s ovom toliko mrskom odgovorno\u0161\u0107u \u2013 ovaj vodi\u010d tako\u0111er sadr\u017ei stru\u010dne savjete i poveznice na detaljniji sadr\u017eaj.   <\/p><p><strong>\u0160to to\u010dno regulira Zakon o lancu opskrbe?<\/strong><br>Njime se reguliraju obveze dubinske analize poduze\u0107a i obvezuje ih na za\u0161titu ljudskih prava i ekolo\u0161kih standarda. Na kraju dana, kao i u mnogim podru\u010djima, &#8220;prevaranti \u0107e ostati prevaranti&#8221; i prona\u0107i \u0107e na\u010din da to zaobi\u0111u. Oni po\u0161teni, pak, o\u010dajavaju.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-02d2235\" data-id=\"02d2235\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9208337 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9208337\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Vru\u0107a tema u tom smislu je trenutna regulativa KIM-a u Austriji. Pravila kreditiranja toliko su stroga da san o izgradnji ku\u0107e za mnoge ostaje san, iako imaju po\u010detni kapital za to. Koje je va\u0161e mi\u0161ljenje o ovome?  <\/strong><br>Ako dr\u017eava diktira bankama kako da daju kredite, a odgovorni gra\u0111ani ne smiju odlu\u010diti koliko novca \u017eele izdvojiti za svoje rate, onda se mogu sjetiti samo jednog fenomena koji sve obja\u0161njava: prebacivanje odgovornosti. Zapadne zemlje imaju tendenciju regulirati stvari koje ne bi trebale biti regulirane. Sre\u0107om, KIM uredba se ove godine stavlja izvan snage i ne\u0107e se produljivati.  <\/p><p><strong>Dovodite u pitanje korisnost pravila i preporu\u010dujete to svojim zaposlenicima. Koliko ja kao tvrtka mogu ignorirati propise? <\/strong><br>Naravno, ne mo\u017eete zanemariti pravila. Ali trebali biste provjeriti svaku od njih da vidite je li &#8220;mora&#8221; ili &#8220;mo\u017ee&#8221; odredba. Austrijanci i Nijemci tako\u0111er su skloni vidjeti smjernice kao obveze.  <\/p><p><strong>Automatizacija, digitalizacija, upravljanje su\u010deljem \u2013 tvrtke danas imaju na raspolaganju razli\u010dita sredstva kako bi sebi i svojim kupcima olak\u0161ale posao. Koriste li se ovakvi resursi u SIH-u i koliko su prihva\u0107eni od strane zaposlenika? <\/strong><br>Po\u010dnimo s temom digitalizacije. Trebaju nam, a bez njih vi\u0161e ne mo\u017eemo jer toliko se od nas tra\u017ei \u2013 druga statistika, drugi grafikon. Ali i ovdje je potrebno kriti\u010dko razmi\u0161ljanje. O \u010demu se zapravo radi? \u0160to \u0107e nas odvesti dalje? Na taj na\u010din svoj rad mo\u017eemo svesti na zadatke i alate koji stvarno imaju smisla i koji \u0107e nas u\u010diniti uspje\u0161nima u budu\u0107nosti.     <\/p><p><strong>Nije li digitalizacija tako\u0111er generacijski problem?<\/strong><br>Naravno, to je i generacijski problem. Va\u017eno je spojiti iskustvo starih, koji su uspjeli bez digitalizacije, s idejama mladih. Koliko je to zapravo jednostavno? <\/strong><br>Uzmimo primjer iz svakodnevnog \u017eivota. Stvari se gomilaju godinama. Lak\u0161e ih je \u010duvati nego ih se rije\u0161iti. Tako je i u profesionalnom \u017eivotu. Tako\u0111er se morate mo\u0107i svjesno odvojiti od tema, statistika i aktivnosti kako biste mogli raditi u\u010dinkovitije i koncentriranije.    <\/p><p><strong>Ljudi se vole dr\u017eati proku\u0161anih obrazaca. Pojednostavljivanje procesa zna\u010di promjenu. \u0160to va\u0161i zaposlenici rade s &#8220;Make it simple again!&#8221; do?  <\/strong><br>Pa ostanimo odmah na po\u010detku. Jer ovdje smo jo\u0161 uvijek na samom po\u010detku, kao \u0161to je bio slu\u010daj i s drugim temama koje su se sada dobro ustalile u na\u0161oj korporativnoj kulturi. <\/p><p><strong>Koje teme to\u010dno ovdje obra\u0111ujete?<\/strong><br>Dobar primjer ovdje je kru\u017eno gospodarstvo, odnosno prepoznavanje da otpadni materijali mogu biti i vrijedni resursi u isto vrijeme. U po\u010detku su se neki ljudi ugledali na nas. U mnogim tvrtkama potrebni su mjeseci, ponekad \u010dak i godine, dok svi ne shvate smisao inovacije ili sadr\u017eajnog smjera. Nakon \u0161to svi to nakon nekog vremena shvate, to \u0107e se primijeniti u praksi. Kao \u0161to sada imamo kru\u017eno gospodarstvo i o\u010duvanje resursa. Znamo da su zemljini resursi ograni\u010deni i da se moraju koristiti odgovorno kako bi i budu\u0107e generacije mogle dobro \u017eivjeti. Oni koji pa\u017eljivo koriste resurse ne samo da \u0161tede novac nego i smanjuju emisije. To donosi dobrobiti za sve \u2013 i pravo je ulaganje u budu\u0107nost. I\u0161ao bih \u010dak tako daleko da ka\u017eem da smo postali prili\u010dno dobri u tome. Naravno, to prihva\u0107anje ne doga\u0111a se preko no\u0107i.         <\/p><p><strong>Koliko \u010desto spominjete temu pojednostavljivanja stvari u svojoj tvrtki?<\/strong><br>Ponovno i ponovno. Nedavno na bo\u017ei\u0107noj zabavi. Naravno, dobivamo iznena\u0111ene poglede s razine menad\u017ementa kada ka\u017eemo: &#8220;Zaboravite na standarde!&#8221; Ovo je, naravno, upe\u010datljivo pojednostavljenje na\u0161eg poziva. U stvarnosti se radi o preispitivanju vlastitih postupaka. Ba\u0161 kao pravila kojih se dr\u017eimo iz operativnog sljepila i navike. Moj pristup je: Molimo vas da razmislite je li aktivnost smislena. Ako nam ne koristi, vidimo mo\u017eemo li bez toga.       <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-3fdbd82\" data-id=\"3fdbd82\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-300f01f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"300f01f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Ovo nas vra\u0107a na ras\u010di\u0161\u0107avanje \u2013 imate li ovdje koristan savjet?<\/strong><br>Smanjiti stvari puno je te\u017ee nego ih donijeti na svijet. Sve \u0161to ovdje mo\u017eete u\u010diniti je vje\u017ebati redovito ispitivanje. S vremenom se ova teorija dokazuje. \u010ciste\u0107i nered, mo\u017eete ponovno olak\u0161ati procese. Ne radimo besmislene stvari.     <\/p><p><strong>Poruka je da preuzmemo odgovornost umjesto da stvari radimo naslijepo. Neka vas prividna slo\u017eenost ne zavara &#8211; nije sve \u0161to se \u010dini kompliciranim automatski razumno ili inteligentno. Hrabrost da se bude jednostavan je na dnevnom redu!
