Ukratko: inspirativna korporativna kultura koja ne samo da dopu\u0161ta promjene, ve\u0107 je i otvorena za njih. U\u010denje promatranjem. \u0160to rade kolege? Kako nadre\u0111eni reagiraju kada predlo\u017eite promjenu? \u010cuje li se on? I ako ima, ima li \u0161anse da se doista i provede?     <\/p><p><strong>Kako posluje SIH Grupa?<\/strong><br>Ne treba dugo da se shvati kako neka tvrtka &#8220;kuca&#8221;. Postoji li samo jedno kva\u010dilo ili svi zajedno kva\u010dicom odre\u0111uju put i smjer? Drugi va\u017ean pokazatelj mogu\u0107nosti da se ne\u0161to promijeni je na\u010din na koji se rje\u0161avaju pogre\u0161ke, odnosno kultura pogre\u0161ke. Jer ako \u201cnapustite\u201d uobi\u010dajeni put i isprobate ne\u0161to novo, ve\u0107a je vjerojatnost da \u0107ete pogrije\u0161iti. Reakcija okoline na gre\u0161ku brzo otkriva prevladavaju\u0107u kulturu. Vidi li se gre\u0161ka kao puka gre\u0161ka ili kao prilika za korekciju kursa? Kao brod koji ide prema santi leda i jedva je uspijeva izbje\u0107i? Smijete li u\u010diti na gre\u0161kama ili radije ostajete u sigurnim vodama i mislite svojom glavom?       <\/p><p><strong>Pogre\u0161ke mogu dovesti do novih rje\u0161enja<\/strong><br> U SIH-u se \u201cpogre\u0161ka\u201d vidi kao dio rje\u0161enja. Odavno je poznato da se bez mogu\u0107nosti neuspjeha ni\u0161ta bolje ne mo\u017ee &#8220;izmisliti&#8221;. Inovacije proizvoda mogu se pojaviti samo uz spremnost da se ide stranputicama. Samo ako kupac opisuje uslugu kao uslugu kojoj je potrebno pobolj\u0161anje, mo\u017eemo odgovoriti pobolj\u0161anjem.
