Na druhej strane je svet pr\u00e1ce \u010doraz zlo\u017eitej\u0161\u00ed. Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa toho pr\u00ed\u010diny?   <\/strong><br>V \u010doraz zlo\u017eitej\u0161om pracovnom svete potrebujeme odborn\u00edkov, ktor\u00ed maj\u00fa tendenciu &#8211; ak si ned\u00e1me pozor &#8211; v\u0161etko e\u0161te viac komplikova\u0165. Vyprac\u00favaj\u00fa sa predpisy a definuj\u00fa normy, ktor\u00e9 &#8211; ak ich podrobne presk\u00famate &#8211; nie je mo\u017en\u00e9 v\u0161etky splni\u0165 bez toho, aby sa zni\u010dila ekonomika a prosperita. <\/p><p><strong>V rozhovore z janu\u00e1ra 2024 hovor\u00edte o &#8222;kontrol\u00f3roch, ktor\u00ed kontroluj\u00fa in\u00fdch kontrol\u00f3rov&#8220; &#8211; \u010do sa tu deje?<\/strong><br>Okrem toho, \u017ee tento v\u00fdvoj pova\u017eujem za vnucovanie, vn\u00edmam ho aj ako oby\u010dajn\u00e9 pres\u00favanie zodpovednosti. Kto chce v dne\u0161nej dobe nies\u0165 zodpovednos\u0165 za svoje \u010diny a rozhodnutia? Je ove\u013ea jednoduch\u0161ie prenies\u0165 ju na experta, aud\u00edtora alebo regul\u00e1tora ochrany \u00fadajov. Keby ka\u017ed\u00fd jednoducho prevzal zodpovednos\u0165, ktor\u00e1 mu bola pridelen\u00e1, bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek &#8222;pokusov o presunutie zodpovednosti&#8220;, v\u0161etko by bolo ove\u013ea pragmatickej\u0161ie.   <\/p><p><strong>Mohli by ste n\u00e1m uvies\u0165 konkr\u00e9tny pr\u00edklad?<\/strong><br>Samozrejme, je ich ve\u013ea. Sta\u010d\u00ed si vzia\u0165 nov\u00fd z\u00e1kon o dod\u00e1vate\u013eskom re\u0165azci. U\u017e samotn\u00fd fakt, \u017ee na to existuje samostatn\u00e9 usmernenie, ukazuje, ako sa z d\u00f4le\u017eitej t\u00e9my m\u00f4\u017ee sta\u0165 zlo\u017eit\u00e1 kon\u0161trukcia. A aby bolo v\u0161etko spr\u00e1vne &#8211; a tu sa op\u00e4\u0165 vraciame k tej nemilovanej zodpovednosti &#8211; obsahuje t\u00e1to pr\u00edru\u010dka aj odborn\u00e9 tipy a odkazy na podrobnej\u0161\u00ed obsah.   <\/p><p><strong>\u010co vlastne upravuje z\u00e1kon o dod\u00e1vate\u013eskom re\u0165azci?<\/strong><br>Upravuje povinnosti spolo\u010dnost\u00ed v oblasti n\u00e1le\u017eitej starostlivosti a zav\u00e4zuje ich chr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u013eudsk\u00e9 pr\u00e1va a environment\u00e1lne normy. Nakoniec, ako v mnoh\u00fdch oblastiach, &#8222;podvodn\u00edci zostan\u00fa podvodn\u00edkmi&#8220; a n\u00e1jdu si sp\u00f4sob, ako to ob\u00eds\u0165. Ak\u00fd je v\u00e1\u0161 n\u00e1zor na t\u00fato skuto\u010dnos\u0165?  <\/strong><br>Ak \u0161t\u00e1t diktuje bank\u00e1m, ako m\u00f4\u017eu poskytova\u0165 \u00favery, a zodpovedn\u00ed ob\u010dania sa nem\u00f4\u017eu rozhodn\u00fa\u0165, ko\u013eko pe\u0148az\u00ed chc\u00fa z\u00edska\u0165 na spl\u00e1tky, potom ma napad\u00e1 len jeden jav, ktor\u00fd v\u0161etko vysvet\u013euje: presun zodpovednosti. Vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa sa tak\u00e9to n\u00e1stroje v spolo\u010dnosti SIH a ako ich zamestnanci prij\u00edmaj\u00fa? <\/strong><br>Za\u010dnime t\u00e9mou digitaliz\u00e1cie. Potrebujeme ju a dnes sa bez nej u\u017e nezaob\u00eddeme, preto\u017ee sa od n\u00e1s vy\u017eaduje ve\u013emi ve\u013ea &#8211; \u010fal\u0161ia \u0161tatistika, \u010fal\u0161\u00ed graf. Ale aj tu je potrebn\u00e9 kritick\u00e9 myslenie. O \u010do vlastne ide? \u010co n\u00e1s posunie \u010falej? Takto sa m\u00f4\u017eeme obmedzi\u0165 na \u00falohy a n\u00e1stroje, ktor\u00e9 maj\u00fa naozaj zmysel a v\u010faka ktor\u00fdm budeme \u00faspe\u0161n\u00ed aj v bud\u00facnosti.     <\/p><p><strong>Nie je digitaliz\u00e1cia aj genera\u010dnou z\u00e1le\u017eitos\u0165ou?<\/strong><br>Samozrejme, je to aj genera\u010dn\u00fd probl\u00e9m. Je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 spoji\u0165 sk\u00fasenosti star\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed boli \u00faspe\u0161n\u00ed aj bez digitaliz\u00e1cie, s n\u00e1padmi mlad\u00fdch.
