To v\u0161ak nebolo v\u0161etko &#8211; ka\u017ed\u00e1 spolo\u010dnos\u0165 pou\u017e\u00edvala svoj vlastn\u00fd syst\u00e9m CRM a tieto dva syst\u00e9my neboli kompatibiln\u00e9. Heslom bolo zjednodu\u0161i\u0165. Ve\u013ek\u00e1 v\u00fdhoda: okam\u017eite ste mohli vidie\u0165, ktor\u00ed z\u00e1kazn\u00edci sa prekr\u00fdvaj\u00fa v oboch spolo\u010dnostiach. To v\u0161ak nie je v\u0161etko! Zamestnanci pracuj\u00faci pre z\u00e1kazn\u00edka zrazu videli v\u0161etky jeho aktivity bez oh\u013eadu na to, \u010di ho kontaktovala spolo\u010dnos\u0165 GIBA alebo Furtenbach. Hoci niekedy boli nav\u0161t\u00edven\u00e9 osoby s obchodn\u00fdmi rozhodnutiami, ako napr\u00edklad n\u00e1kup, mana\u017ement at\u010f. v\u00e4\u010d\u0161ina n\u00e1v\u0161tev sa uskuto\u010dnila v technickom oddelen\u00ed alebo vo v\u00fdrobe priamo pri stroji. To viedlo k dvom probl\u00e9mom: Na jednej strane neboli rozhodovacie org\u00e1ny optim\u00e1lne podporovan\u00e9 a na druhej strane obchodn\u00fd pracovn\u00edk pokr\u00fdval technol\u00f3giu len povrchne. Ke\u010f\u017ee aplika\u010dn\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia je pomerne zlo\u017eit\u00e1, \u010dasto bolo potrebn\u00e9 prizva\u0165 \u0161pecialistu. To bolo nielen neefekt\u00edvne, ale aj n\u00e1kladn\u00e9. Vo 4. \u0161tvr\u0165roku 2024 bol preto zaveden\u00fd nov\u00fd syst\u00e9m predaja. V bud\u00facnosti bude obchodn\u00fa \u010das\u0165, ako je vyjedn\u00e1vanie o cene, sledovanie cenov\u00fdch pon\u00fak, vybavovanie reklam\u00e1ci\u00ed at\u010f. zabezpe\u010dova\u0165 v\u00fdlu\u010dne back office (bez kontaktu so z\u00e1kazn\u00edkom), mana\u017ement predaja a v z\u00e1vislosti od ve\u013ekosti aj mana\u017ement.
