U\u010dite se z opazovanjem. Kaj po\u010dnejo va\u0161i sodelavci? Kako se nadrejeni odzovejo, ko predlagajo spremembe? Ali je predlog sli\u0161an? In \u010de je, ali ima mo\u017enost, da se dejansko izvede?     <\/p><p><strong>Kaj je zna\u010dilno za skupino SIH?<\/strong><br>Ni potrebno veliko \u010dasa, da ugotovite, kaj je bistvo podjetja. Ali je to le ena oseba ali pa pot in smer dolo\u010dajo vsi skupaj? \u0160e en pomemben kazalnik mo\u017enosti sprememb je na\u010din obravnavanja napak, tj. kultura napak. Vsakdo, ki &#8220;zapusti&#8221; znano pot in poskusi nekaj novega, ima namre\u010d ve\u010djo verjetnost, da bo naredil napako. Prevladujo\u010do kulturo je mogo\u010de zelo hitro prepoznati po odzivu okolja na napako. Ali je napaka obravnavana le kot napaka ali kot prilo\u017enost za popravek smeri? Kot ladja, ki se je usmerila proti ledeni gori in se ji je le uspelo izogniti? Ali se smemo u\u010diti iz napak ali raje ostajamo v varnih vodah in razmi\u0161ljamo po svoje?       <\/p><p><strong>Napake lahko vodijo k novim re\u0161itvam<\/strong><br>V podjetju SIH se &#8220;napake&#8221; obravnavajo kot del re\u0161itve. \u017de dolgo namre\u010d velja, da brez prilo\u017enosti za napake ni mogo\u010de &#8220;izumiti&#8221; ni\u010desar bolj\u0161ega. Inovacije na podro\u010dju izdelkov je mogo\u010de ustvariti le, \u010de smo pripravljeni narediti ovinek. Le \u010de stranka opi\u0161e storitev, ki jo je treba izbolj\u0161ati, se lahko odzovemo z izbolj\u0161avo.
